Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. “Rei” is the universal power that we can connect to and that guides our “Ki” or life energy. Rei assesses any disruptions or blockages in the flow of our Ki and transmutes it into healthy Ki. Negative thoughts create negative emotions and can disrupt our life force energy as well. This starts out in the outer, mental, and emotional layers of our aura or energy field and works its way through the energy layers to the inner layer of the aura which is connected to our body, potentially causing “dis-ease”.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is a coaching technique where you learn to manage your thoughts. Our thoughts initiate a process that lead us to the results we see in our life. We often feel we have fallen victim to certain circumstances, leaving us powerless to make a change. Life Coaching will help you grab your power back and this starts with thought and mind management. Life Coaching will guide you to choose thoughts that create the life you truly want. You learn to connect to your inner power and truth, guiding you to what works for you. YOU are in charge of YOU.

Reiki & Life Coaching Combo Power Sessions

By combining Reiki and Life Coaching we can work on healing the unhealthy Ki in the body and aura with Reiki while coaching you on managing your thoughts to prevent new disruptions in your energy field to enter the body again. Our goal is to truly tackle any issue from a holistic perspective where body, mind, and spirit receive the healing they need.
