I started my Reiki journey almost 10 years ago when a friend recommended I should go for a Reiki healing session. The session itself blew me away as I couldn’t believe the energies that were moving through me but little did I know this was just the beginning. In the days, weeks, and months to come, I would find myself going through transformations that drastically improved my life. While not fully consciously aware of the needs of my body, mind, and soul, I was just going through the motions of life like many of us. Reiki awakened something in me and made changes to my core, my cells, and my energy field. When I look back, the changes weren’t always easy but always in my highest interest and I am eternally grateful for the divine guidance I received over these years. Today, I am a Usui Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master and certified Life Coach and I would like to share the gift I received with the rest of the world.
