Sacred Light Power offers REIKI and LIFE COACHING services to provide a holistic approach to healing body, mind, and soul. REIKI connects us to the Sacred Power of the Divine and LIFE COACHING encourages us to connect to the Sacred Power that is within each and every one of us.
Why a combination of Reiki and Life Coaching?
A disruption in the flow of our “Ki” or “life energy” can wreak havoc in our energy field and ultimately in our bodies. During Reiki, the “Rei” assesses where the blockages are situated and transmutes them into healthy Ki. Our thoughts and emotions play an important role in the flow of our Ki as positive thoughts and feelings increase the flow and negative ones decrease it and slow it down. This is where Life Coaching comes in. To work on the root causes of what leads us to have unhealthy Ki in the first place, Life Coaching dives into our thoughts and emotions to see how we can better manage our minds and prevent the unhealthy Ki from developing. We focus on body and mind so we can feed our soul.

Our Services

We offer Reiki classes so you can be your own Reiki Healer for yourself and others. The journey to becoming a Reiki Healer starts with Reiki I and II training, followed by Master and Karuna Master Training.

Individual Reiki sessions can be booked to have your own Reiki healing experience. 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions are available and can be tailored to your individual needs.

Life Coaching Sessions are typically 60 min. and focus on managing our minds to create the lives we desire. Everything begins with a thought and we can learn to choose the thoughts that lead us to success.

These sessions are a combination of Reiki and Life Coaching to work in a holistic way on body, mind, and soul. Reiki will work on healing the disruptions in our life energy while coaching focuses on managing our thoughts to prevent new disruptions in our energy field to enter the body again.
